TATUA CREME FRAICHE 500GM
CRÈME FRAÎCHE ( FROM NEW ZEALAND )
A deliciously tangy soured cream that has a thick velvety texture. Tatua Crème Fraîche is made from freshly cultured cream and has a long shelf life. The flavour profile is somewhere between yoghurt and sour cream, but is richer and has a creamier texture. We like using it as a dip for a fresh fruit plate, rolling it into crêpes with fruit preserves, or spreading it into a tart and nestling fresh fruit pieces on top.

Cream, Vegetable Gums (415, 410), Stabiliser (440), Halal Gelatin, Food Acid (270), Natural Flavour, Cultures.

Tatua Crème Fraiche has an eight month unopened shelf life. Once opened, store chilled and use within seven days.
