Tasting Notes

Appearance: deep alizarin red.

Nose: fresh crushed strawberry, fruity sweet and fragrant.

Taste: juicy attack of fine strawberries. Satisfying length on the palate, sweet and sour, very aromatic. Light vegetal note on the finish, enhanced by the presence of achenes.

How to drink it?

To twist your classic cocktails, increase texture and fruit content in beverages and to create all type of drinks.
 

Recipes with Strawberry Fruit for Mix

• 35 ml Strawberry Fruit for Mix
• 60 ml grape juice
• 1/2 pink grapefruit

• Glass: highball
• Method: blend
• Ice: -
• Garnish: strawberry

1. For the ingredients into a blender
2. Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
3. Blend until smooth
4. For out to a glass with no ice
5. Garnish & serve

• 10 ml Strawberry Fruit for Mix
• 15 ml Lemonade Base Syrup

• Glass: rocks
• Method: build
• Ice: crushed
• Garnish: lemon slices, strawberry

1. Ice up half of the glass
2. For the ingredients
3. Churn to incorporate all ingredients
4. Ice up again to fill the glass
5. Garnish & serve

• 25 ml Strawberry Fruit for Mix
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 mint leaves
• 50 ml Light rum
• fill with soda water

• Glass: highball
• Method: build
• Ice: crushed
• Garnish: mint sprig 

1. Smack the mint leaves in a clap and place them in the glass
2. Ice up half of the glass with crushed ice
3. For the ingredients except soda water
4. Churn to incorporate all ingredients
5. Ice up again to fill the glass
6. Top up with soda water
7. Garnish & serve
