FRUITS AND PLANTS
A very large range of pure sugar, highly flavoured and colourful syrups which have been pasteurized to ensure a perfect preservation. Fruits and plants range are used in mocktails, cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes or granitas.

Coconut syrup

Pure sugar syrup made from coconut milk and milk proteins.
No preservatives.

Tasting Notes
Typical taste of coconut pulp.

Preperation
To dilute with water or sparkling water.
To flavour hot or cold coffees, teas, hot chocolates or milks.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Aged rum (Barcelo Gran Anejo)
  • 10 ml Coconut syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml pineapple juice

Preperation
Difficulty level : ***

  • Glass : cocktail
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : grated nutmeg
  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  5. Garnish & serve






Soft Pina
