Cucumber syrup
Pure sugar syrup made from natural aroma of cucumber.

Tasting Notes
Bright green meadow colour.
Intense aroma of freshly peeled cucumber.
Very fresh and slightly sweet taste, typical of the skin and flesh of the cucumber.
How to drink it?
Dilute with water or sparkling water.
In cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, fizzy, smoothie.

Tomato Cucumber
Ingredients
- 20 ml Cucumber syrup
- 120 ml tomato juice
Preperation
Difficulty level : *
- Glass : highball
- Method : build
- Ice : cubed
- Garnish : celery salt
- Ice up the highball glass
- Pour the ingredients
- Briefly stir gently
- Garnish & serve
Cucumber Martini
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Cucumber syrup
- 10 ml Lime syrup
Preperation
Difficulty level : ***
- Glass : cocktail
- Method : shake
- Ice : –
- Garnish : dehydrated lime wheel
- Add the ingredients to a shaker
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
- Garnish & serve

- 20 ml Cucumber syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
