FRUITS AND PLANTS 
A very large range of pure sugar, highly flavoured and colourful syrups which have been pasteurized to ensure a perfect preservation. Fruits and plants range are used in mocktails, cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes or granitas.

Raspberry syrup

Pure sugar syrup with a good taste of raspberry.
No preservatives.

  2. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  3. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
  5. Garnish and serve

Cocktail created before Prohibition in Philadelphia, at the gentlemen club of the Stratford-Bellevue hotel.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Dry vermouth
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml Raspberry syrup
  • 15 ml egg white
Preperation
Difficulty level : ***

  • Glass : cocktail
  • Method : shake
  • Ice : –
  • Garnish : raspberries
  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Shake vigorously without ice first for 15 seconds
  3. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
  4. Shake vigorously again for 7 to 10 seconds
  5. Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
  6. Garnish and serve
