Watermelon syrup
Pure sugar syrup with a good taste of watermelon.
No preservatives.

Tasting Notes
Light and brilliant red. Candy pink once diluted.
Intense aroma of watermelon. Slight candy notes.
Very refreshing and slightly acidic taste of watermelon.
How to drink it?
Dilute with water or sparkling water.
In cocktails, lemonade, fizzy, smoothie.
Nice combinations : watermelon/vodka- watermelon/mango or exotic fruits- watermelon/citrus fruits.
As coating on ice, sorbet or fruit salad.

Mango WatermelonIngredients
- 30 ml Watermelon syrup
- 150 ml mango juice
- 10 ml lime juice

- Ice : cubed

- Ice up the highball glass
- Pour the ingredients
- Briefly stir gently
- Serve
Summer Milkshake
Ingredients
- 30 ml Watermelon syrup
- 80 ml strawberry juice
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

- Glass : highball
- Method : blend
- Ice : –
- Garnish : –
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour out to a glass with no ice
- Serve

- 10 ml Strawberry Fruit for Mix
- 30 ml Watermelon syrup
- 5 basil leaves
- 25 ml lemon juice
- top with soda water

- Glass : highball
- Method : shake
- Ice : cubed
- Garnish : basil sprig
- Pour the ingredients in a shaker except soda water
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into an ice-filled glass
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish & serve

- 15 ml lime juice
- top with soda water

- Garnish : banana chips
- Pour the ingredients in a shaker except soda water
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into an ice-filled glass
- Top up with soda water
